Ideal waste paper employs the use of an Untha Shredder Model No RS50
With patented 4-shaft shredding system
The material for shredding is loaded In to the hopper and immediately drawn into the cutting chamber, where coarse shredding and post-shredding are carried out in a single
operation. Granules too large to pass through the perforated
screen are gripped by the main cutters teeth and lifted back up
coarse-shredding. When the coarse-shredded material is
seized by the teeth of the secondary cutters, it is shredded once again. The material is then shredded a second time by the main cutters teeth post-shredding. The end product is precisely defined, uniform granules.
